Here's an old tutorial,
how to put emoticons on your post.

Requirements :
- Mozilla Firefox, download here
- Greasemonkey add on, download here
and install it into your Firefox
- Some emoticon scripts, you can download from Userscripts
Just search for keyword "blogger emoticon" and you will find a lot of emoticon scripts
